This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how transactions and service engagements are handled.

1. Digital Products
All digital product sales are final. Instant access makes refunds ineligible unless required by law.

2. Coaching & Advisory Services
Full payment is required in advance. Cancellations must be made with 72-hour notice to reschedule. Missed or late-cancelled sessions are forfeited.

3. Speaking & VIP Services
Deposits are non-refundable. Remaining balances are due before service delivery. Refunds are not issued unless agreed to in writing.
